26 years ago . . . .

Melody Skating Rink, Auburn WA. 1983. If you could see my skates, you'd see my blue wheels. This was just the beginning of many ribbons, trophies, & plaques, trips with my mom, brother, & grandpa throughout WA, OR, CA and Lincoln NE. These were the best times of my life growing up. Skating was all I knew. Roller Frolic was my second home and my friends were my sisters.

What great memories--and you worked so hard at becoming a great skater and competitor. The skating lessons instilled a discipline that you carry with you today. You and your friends were so cute to watch skate and cheer each other on.

What a cutie patootie. It'll be interesting when your kids find their niche's. We'll all probably have to divide and conquer the event schedules.

I still think you look exactly the same, just a little taller! What a cutie. I think it's awesome that you've taught your kids to skate too.
