Dr. visit
I had a doctor's appt today and every thing is good. I am a pro at the OB checkups. I am 15 weeks along. My weight started at about 115lbs. Can you guess it now?

Woodland Park Zoo 7/23
Dare devil Vance wants a closer look at the pond. He could have fit under the bottom rail. Ugh.
Vance discovers himself in a log in the indoor playground at the zoo.
This was taken by Vance in the wagon. And she took the picture of him with his finger up his nose, which starts our page. Silly kids!
Baby female gorilla.

They really do love each other. They had a great time at the zoo. I wore them out and they wore me out by pulling them up all the hills in the wagon. I complained that they were too heavy and that someone needed to get out -- no volunteers, Zoie just laughed.

Funny faces are cool now that I am almost 4.

Save the date!
As August approaches, it is time to think of Zoie's 4th birthday party. We will have a party for her at our house on Saturday, August 9th at 3:30 pm.
We have been talking about this for a while for she knows when the neighbor's granddaughter comes up from Texas that it is time for her party.
I hope everyone can come up and celebrate for Zoie's birthday!

Lucky Charms
My kids love Lucky Charms. Maybe I should say Zoie and Vance love the marshmellows in the Lucky Charms. Here is Vance's photo shot for exploring the cereal box and what is has to offer. He ended up emptying the box in the bowl and on the floor. And when it was "all gone", he put the box in the recycle bin :)

Zoie's water trick
Race track in the shop
I pulled my Mustang out of the shop so the kids could ride their bikes easier than in the rocky driveway. They had a great time chasing each other in the "obstacle" course. They had to go around the rotetiller and riding lawn mower. How many different bikes does Zoie ride?

Total concentration to ride the scooter. Love the tongue!

Fourth of July
For our final fourth of July activities, we went to a local playground and let the kids run free. There were even other "friends" to play with. Of course, a former high school classmate/basketball player of Ty's arrived with his 2 year old son and very pregnant wife. (Just like I noted earlier, Ty has more friends). Notice I dressed the kids in red, white and blue for the special day. Ty did not follow the dress protocal for the day. I even wore my red NCAA sweet 16 WKU shirt from our trip to Phoenix in March.

Logger Roedo Carnival, Sedro Woolley
Here are pictures from our first carnival. Expensive tickets. Height and age requirements limited Vance's participation until Ty saw some dad take his son that was smaller than the height requirement.
Mom had to ride with Vance. See below for more of the story about why Ty couldn't take him. This is near the end of the ride and Vance finally sees Zoie who is 2 rockets in front of us.
The agony of defeat on the water squirting game. "I wanted to win"
