Saturday --- a rare event. Ty did not have to work. So we went to breakfast at IHOP in Bellingham. The kids were great; a manager even commented about their great discipline. Then we headed north to Birch Bay to enjoy the waterslides. We have only taken Zoie once, when I was about 7 months pregnant with Vance and she really wasnt into it. But they loved it this time. They were really to drop their backpacks as soon as we walked in and get changed. It was a great afternoon.

The kiddy slides were just right. The water wasn't too deep so Vance could get off by him self. I took more videos than pictures since the kids are really into watching themselves on video.

Wow, looks like a great family outing. I'm sure everyone hardly knew how to act having Dad home on a Saturday. Are the girls coming down the slide your friends' daughters? They look a bit familiar. Love the shot of Vance nearing the end of the slide and Zoie midway. Appears they are paying close attention and are torn between delight and a little dose of apprehension.
