Being Tulip Tourists

On our way home from the store and school, I decided to be a tourist and snap some photos of my kids in the local tulip fields. So I pulled into a tulip field with all of the Canadians and other non-Skagititonians. I thought it would be a quick stop, but Zoie wanted to see the yellow tulips. Thank goodness the ground wasn't too muddy cause little buddy wanted to be carried most of the time.

I asked her to kiss Vance. He was not in for being kissed.
And he off . . while I have to chase him in my work clothes. Quite a sight to see.
Here you go mom! (Notice the crooked haircut in the front -- that's cause he cried during the entire last haircut so the barber worked very fast. It's time again for another cut)
The last picture I took. Notice the strawberries around her mouth. We stopped at the fruit stand in Burlington before heading to the recycle and home.

"Vance come back here. Mom wants to take our picture"

"Yeah right. . . Catch me if you can"

"Quick mom. I got him"
"OK mom, take it now while I am here without a binkie"

My blue eyed baby boy, how I love him with all my heart.
Two good looking kids :)

Oh boy, you'll be making a lot of people very happy with thses. Wow, four little feet "tip toeing thru the tulips." Zoie is so precious trying to do as you asked and that little Vance doing what he wanted. They're the best and I LOVE both of them so much. Oma Jean

You're right about "two good-looking" kids for sure. Tulips look yummy too.

I love all the bright colors and smiles. And by the way, am I the only dork who has to try the word verification 50 times before I get it right? I'm starting to think there is something seriously wrong with me!
